REFUND POLICY
At Badge Reel Bliss, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return an item. In such cases, we have a straightforward return policy.
1. Return Period: Customers can return their purchases within 5 days from the delivery of purchase. Any return request after this period will not be accepted.
2. Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged, used, or is not in its original packaging, the return will not be accepted.
3. Refunds: A 5% restocking fee will be added for any returns that meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Return to Sender: If item is returned due to wrong address entered, you will be charged another shipping fee to purchase new label.
6. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof of damage at badgereelbliss@gmail.com.
